How To Make More Time In Your Day?

We are always searching for more hours in our day.  We, unfortunately can not makefashion-person-woman-hand more hours.

However, we can use our time more efficiently so we feel as though we have more hours.

This is how I do it.

Complete workouts in the morning!

By doing this I get them out of the way, know they are done and and am no longer worried about where I am going to squeeze it in through out my day.

If I get an extra workout in later, that is great, but not necessary.

The toughest part of this is getting out of bed.  My alarm is across my room, I have been able to get it to only one snooze, which is much better than the 5 or 6 then out of time that I was doing before.

Getting my exercise done in the morning also gives me more energy and endurance to get the other things completed through out the day with out feeling fatigued.

Ask “Is this the most effective use of my time?” every time I am doing something.

If it fits with my priorities, passion and productivity then the answer is yes.  Yes, free time falls into this category.

I need to be able to relax and enjoy life because it will give me the feeling that I can manage time well.  It creates balance in my life, giving me a sense of security, confidence and reassurance.

Every morning I list activities/to-do’s for the day.

I make sure the things I absolutely need to get done today are on my today list.  The other stuff goes onto a this week, this month or this year list so I can complete them if my “today” list is done.

I write everything down that needs to be done and every appointment I need to attend.

This way, as I check my list through out the day I will remember without forgetting anything.

Plus, my brain is free for the stuff that I am working on at that given time with out the stress of trying to remember other things that do not necessarily relate to my task at hand.

You can easily gain 2-3 extra hours in your day.  Schedule a complimentary “Get Me Started” session to begin finding the extra hours in your day.
