Let's face it, most of our lives revolve around food. Society has created a gateway to eating more food. This cycle can be especially hard to stop when you have built a habit of overeating. The great news is that you can enjoy eating out, even when you want to lose weight. The trick is to have helpful tools and strategies in your "restaurant belt."
Do you feel as though you are starving when you try to eat healthier, or when you try to limit your food intake? If you answered yes, then you are among the many who claim they cannot eat a weight loss diet because it leaves them feeling hungry.
How many times have you used the excuse, "I don't have time," to avoid going to the gym for a workout. As busy parent it can be tough to get to that gym. Then, once you are there you are too embarrassed and feel out of place. It seems like only fit people go to the gym. I know, I have been in this very situation. When I did happen to have time, I was too embarrassed by my weight when I was on that treadmill next to a skinny girl running like it is not any effort at all.
You can help yourself lose weight and regain control over your health by getting more sleep. It may seem impossible and counteractive to your lifestyle, but getting more sleep will actually improve your weight loss, productivity, in increase the number of hours in your day.
